My reasoning?
I ask myself ... and this is my answer. Impact. I do this because I enjoy challenge. I'm inspired. The perseverance. The creation of art.
Real estate is the way I connect with people. It's my part in community. It enables me to explore imaginative freedoms, yet contribute to the needs of others. The reward is the enriched lives of those around \me. To me, that's "Impact"!

I'm 36...
never lived outside Alaska...
and biking is a frequent mode of transportation!
I grew up and currently live in Anchorage. The endless adventures and opportunities keep me in place. My family is here. My friends are here. Our community is supportive, welcoming, and fearless. My observation is that Alaskans tend to stick it out. It's my home. I embrace it.
I have worked since age 12. Attending college for aviation management, I supervised operations for UPS's air hub at Anchorage International Airport. Enduring nearly 5 years of daily logistical challenges taught me the value of time and organizational management. Following UPS, I learned 5-star hospitality and customer service at The Hotel Captain Cook. I was 'The Bar Keep' in The Crow's Nest. I enjoyed global history lessons and success stories with our patrons. Both jobs connected and gracefully pushed me into real estate. I'm here. I'm where I am supposed to be. I'm thankful.
I'm passionate about people. I want to give them the things I know best. I deliver these through my real estate process. Every residential and commercial client is an opportunity to provide value, gain trust, and expand friendships.
I'll keep building. Keep progressing. It's my goal to maintain a growth-mindset throughout my adventures ... and find new ways to create impact.
